  העקרון של "הספק הסביר" – לא נמצא בסל התרופות המשפטיות והעקרון של האינטליגנציה שהוא אמנם לא עקרון משפטי – אבל שכלתני והגיוני לא פעל את פעולתו לאורך כל המשפט הזה.

  השופטת הילה גרסטל נציבת הביקורת על הפרקליטות, ביקרה בחריפות את הניסיונות של הפרקליטות, לשנות את תצהירה של מאיה פורמן, פתולוגית, שבו קבעה שהחתכים על גופה של הנערה תאיר ראדה ז"ל מתאימים לסכין משוננת (כמו סכין קומנדו) ולא לסכין יפנית, שהיתה ברשות זדורוב ונקבעה ככלי שגרם למוות.
