  בית המשפט העליון בהרכב של 5 שופטים, זיכה את אולמרט מפרט אישום כבד של שוחד, לאמור העברת 500 אלף ₪ לאחיו יוסי, אך הרשיע אותו בקבלת שוחד של 60 אלף ₪, סכום שהועבר לשולה זקן.
